Welcome to Flores Island, one of the new highlight destination of travel to Indonesia. Situated among the magnificent islands of Lesser Sunda (Nusa Tenggara), Flores offers almost anything you want see: Unique cultures at traditional megalithic villages, Mt. Kelimutu volcano with its unique three colors lake, wildlife and marine life. The Portuguese who reached this island in the 15th Century gave the name Flores. 'Flores' means flowers, not by the Flowers grow on the land, but beneath the sea, coral, fishes and other marine lifes. The most beautiful coral reefs occur on the northern coast and western of the Island. Flores is 1.5 hours from Bali by Air.
Day 01 Bali - Maumere - Moni (L-D)
Hotel pick up in Bali, Transfer to the airport for flight to Maumere (East Flores). On arrival in Waioti Airport of Maumere, will be welcomed and meet by your tour guide. Lunch will be served in local restaurant, than continue the trip to Moni through of Paga & Woloware Village. Arrive in Moni check in at Flores Sare Inn or similar for dinner and overnight.
Day 02 Moni - Kelimutu - Moni - Riung (B-L-D)
This trip will start at 04.30 am, drive up to the amazing view of tree colored lake of Kelimutu and enjoy the sunrise. Drive back to the hotel for breakfast, than continue the trip to Ende. Lunch at local restaurant, drive back to Riung with stop at Nanga Penda to see the Blue Stone. Arrive at Riung check in at Pondok SVD for dinner and overnight.
Day 03 Riung - Bajawa (B-L-D)
After breakfast at hotel, sail to "Pulau Tujuh Belas" (Seventeen Island). Enjoy the snorkeling on white sandy beach of Rutong Island, take short walks circling the Island. Picnic lunch at Rutong Beach, sail to Kalong Island see mayrids of bat colony hanging on the mangroves trees. After than continue the trip to Bajawa with stop at Soa enjoy the hot spring water. Dinner and overnight at Bintang Wisata Bajawa Hotel.
Day 04 Bajawa - Bena - Ruteng (B-L-D)
After breakfast at hotel, continue the trip to Bena to see the Traditional Village, lunch at local restaurant before continue to Aimere see "arak" distillation and fresh palm juice tapping. Dinner and overnight at Dahli Hotel standard.
Day 05 Ruteng - Bajo (B-L-D)
Early Morning take a fresh walk up to Golocuru hill to witness the golden sunrise and enjoy the panoramic vie of Ranaka the highest peak on the Island lies in the background of Ruteng town. Back to the hotel for breakfast, before continue to Labuan Bajo with stop at Cancar to see the panoramic of Spider Rice filed. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrival in Labuan Bajo check in at New Bajo Beach or similar for dinner and overnight.
Day 06 Labuan Bajo - Komodo Island - Pink Beach - Rinca (B-L-D)
After breakfast at hotel, your guide will pick up than transfer to the harbor catch the traditional boat across to Komodo Island. On arrival start you're trekking, walking to the forest to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and other wild animals (deer, pig, monkey, buffalo, horses and many kind of birds). Afterward continue sail back Pink Beach for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in unspoiled coral reef and colored fish. Lunch will served on board, before we continue our trip to Rinca Island. Dinner and overnight on boat or ranger lodge.
Day 07 Rinca - Bidadari Island - Labuan Bajo (B-L-D)
Early morning breakfast on boat, start you're trekking, walking through to the typical green forest to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and others wild animal (deer, pigs, monkey, buffalos and kind of birds). A local ranger will be leading you to this nature preservation. After trekking back to the boat proceed to Bidadari Island for swimming and snorkeling. Than continue sailing back to Labuan Bajo direct transfer to the New Bajo Beach Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 08 Labuan Bajo - Mirror Cave - Bali (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Short city sightseeing will be made, visiting to the local market and see the huge Batu Cermin (Mirror Cave) before transfer to the Airport for fly back to Bali. On arrival will transfer back to your original hotel.
